         The "Opinions" clarify the three major systems of network, platform and security. "The network system is an important part. Forming an industrial internet platform

         Wang Zhiqin introduced that China has built a large number of alliances, two camps, three major paths and four models in the development of industrial Internet.          In terms of platform, according to Wang Zhiqin, there are currently 269 platforms in the country that are expected to develop into an industrial Internet platform. Wang Zhiqin believes that China's industrial Internet platform model has some of its own characteristics and innovations. Some manufacturing companies, industrial equipment providers, industrial software, domestic and international companies of information and communication and international companies have commonalities in predictive maintenance, quality optimization, process optimization, supply chain optimization, and collaborative manufacturing. China's industrial Internet platform has been extended and innovated in terms of accurate pricing of insurance based on equipment data, credit evaluation based on actual operating rate data, and education based on actual production data.
Building an industrial Internet security protection system

         "From the perspective of the three dimensions of protection objects, protective measures, and protection management, China's current network security work is still in its infancy, including technical research, vulnerability mining, etc. At the same time, how can these work be combined with specific industries? The solution to form a corresponding security product is still under study," Wang Zhiqin said.

         Tian Huirong believes that at present, the safety development of the industrial Internet is mainly divided into three parts, namely, grasping the top level, improving the safety management system framework; grasping innovation, adopting new security technology means; grasping the ecology and promoting the transformation of technological achievements.

         In terms of grasping the top level, in addition to the "Opinions", the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Industrial Internet Development Action Plan (2018-2020)" "Industrial Internet Task Force 2018 Work Plan"; the Network Security Administration revised the "Public Internet Network" “Safety Threat Monitoring and Disposal Measures”, “Emergency Plan for Public Internet Cyber Security Incidents”, also regulates related monitoring and disposal, as well as information and emergency response methods.

         Tian Huirong said that in terms of innovation, there are mainly three points: one is to build an industrial Internet security technology support platform, the other is to build an industrial Internet “attack and defense shooting range”, and the third is to build an industrial Internet security basic resource pool.

         In terms of grasping the ecology, Tian Huirong believes that the deep development of industrial Internet security is highly dependent on a good ecological environment. Only by focusing on ecological and industrial Internet security can we develop healthily and sustainably. "Enterprise industrial Internet should start from the aspects of field equipment security, control system security, information system security, network security, data security, etc., and build a security protection system." Tian Huirong said.
